I am an international arbitration and complex cross-border litigation partner at a leading global law firm. I have handled matters spanning more than 45 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Africa and Australia.I also have significant experience counseling clients in high-profile cross-border transactions and due diligence, including advising on international contracting best practices, risk mitigation techniques, dispute resolution provisions, intellectual property licensing and transfers, joint ventures, teaming agreements and working with representatives and consultants. I have also provided in-house general counsel services to the North American arms of multiple global businesses.
