Head of Risk for the Verde Programme (£1 Billion divestment programme) responsible for Risk, Governance, Assurance and Control. Worked to ensure the solution delivered all regulatory requirements, the Delivery Programme delivered safely and ensured the Bank being divested was created with all appropriate security solutions and Controls in place. Reported to the Group IT Risk Director and was a member of the Verde IT Steering Committee.

Responsible for the transformation of Royal Mail’s Operations by digitising mail and led a joint team including Accenture, Experian and key mailing organisations delivering solutions that met all regulatory requirements and met all of the required Security and Control needs.Worked with Senior Architects and Strategists from large government departments, large financial service organisations, utilities and telecommunication companies to ensure they supported the solutions and that they were in line with their digital mail plans and security requirements.

Responsible for Business Strategy, Business Operations and Transformation. This included all Risk and Security profile reporting. Programme Director for Barclays Security Transformation Programme (a £28m Programme driving improvements in Barclay’s security technology across all global platforms). Head of Business Continuity for Global Technology.

This covered Service Stability Management, Business Continuity Management, Records Management and Mergers and Acquisitions. Key to these Programmes was delivering solutions that met all regulatory, Security and Control requirements.
