Checks and approved Accounts Payable for proper charging• Prepares Commercial Sales Invoice and other income (Accounts Receivable)• Ensure timely posting of posting payroll Entries• Monitor and clean up account• Ensure Bank Reconciliation• Ensure closing of books periodically• Ensure timely submission of periodic amortization and depreciation• Ensure Affiliate reconciliation every period end• Initial review of actual logistics cost incurred vs. books• Ensure precise recording of accrual and actual expenses• Ensure SAP Transactions posted correctly• Salaries & Wages reconciliation for ITR Filing• Withholding Tax – Source and Wages Monthly/Quarterly Filing

• Responsible in maintenance of records on good receipts and transfers for all growers • Conduct Physical Inventory Count in company warehouses and Grower’s warehouses • Responsible of encoding of Inventory count tags• Conduct field visit in all Grower’s location and distribute documents needed for reconciliation.• Conduct 1 on 1 reconciliation with growers.• Expedite all needed documents in reconciliation of growers variance• Performs other accounting related jobs that may be assigned.

• Monitor Day to Day operations of the logistics service provider • Ensure on time delivery of logistics service provider to the outlets • Check daily sales stocks report in the system (SAP)• Coordinate to Planning and Technical group about the in-transit goods • Coordinate to sales all soon to expire goods and other sales issues • Check all plan sales order• Ensure the quality and quantity of all goods inside the warehouse• Ensure on time transmittal of all invoices to Sales and Finance• Request condemnation of expire or damaged goods to BIR Davao• Supervise logistics service provider in Southern Mindanao• Ensure all reports will be submitted by the logistics service provider• Ensure FEFO or FIFO will be properly implemented by the logistics Service provider in the warehouse• Ensure Good warehouse practices at the warehouse

Duties and Responsibilities: • Operates Machine and clean work areas and machines• Assist on delivery to other factories Machine/Equipment Used: Press Machine, Electrical Strapping Machine, Vibratory barrels, 3 Dimensional vibratory finishing machine, Grinder.

• Validates and reviews bar-code data before uploading to SAP.• Coordinates to Barcode Encoder on the data to be downloaded and double-checks all necessary information needed in SAP. • Ensures on-time uploading of information to SAP from Receiving to loading• Communicates with Quality Clerks for finalization of rejection data before uploading it to the system.• Encodes locater map to generate vessel locater and sends to company’s representative in Japan via E-mail.• Prepares daily, weekly and periodically summary of Delivery Receipt per grower. • Generates and/or provides report (Final loading, Production Update, Stock Transfers and Goods Issue) and other information needed for the shipping documents.

• Prepare Daily Inventory Report and encodes date in SAP• Checks the incoming and outgoing fruits inside the cold storage. • Conduct Physical counts of fruits inside the cold storage as well as in the patio. • Assist Forklift Operators on placing fruits according to there Pack type, brand name, hands code and classification inside the Cold storage.
