Managed the Active Directory environment for one of the world's 5 largest banks, supporting the authentication of over 300K users, their computers, and the server infrastructure within the bank. Established and managed the synchronization of over 300K users to AzureAD to provide cloud-based authentication for SaaS and PaaS environments as well as for Office 365 applications. Championed the project to successfully deploy routable IPv6 addresses to our Domain Controllers. Authored PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and facilitate improvements within the Active Directory environment. Always searching for that next project to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Assisted internal application teams with their deployment of cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Exchange and SharePoint Online, Salesforce, and Amazon Web Services.As Team Lead for the Active Directory Engineering Team, facilitated other engineers with reaching successful outcomes for their projects, mentored others so that they could improve their skills, and assisted management in selection and prioritization of projects within the organization.

Projects with these teams included deployment of smart cards for administrators; deployment of Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs) for administrators; deploying Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA); minimizing risks of Pass-the-Hash (PtH) through both deployment of tools such as LAPS as well as the creation and deployment of a Red Forest for managing Active Directory; determining patch levels for baseline server builds; and federation with AzureAD to provide single-sign-on (SSO) for cloud based applications and resources.

Provided phone support for Microsoft customers while working on the Directory Services Team. Supported customer issues related to NT4 and Active Directory domains, user and group administration, Certificate Services, WINS, DNS, Group Policy, and Terminal Services Licensing. Assisted customers with migrations from NT4 to Active Directory domains.

Performed administration of the Active Directory forest for all real estate agents and corporate users. Managed the Cisco routers used the point-to-point network connecting all corporately owned offices. Responsible for managing corporate systems such as Terminal Servers, Print Servers, File Servers, and E-Mail Servers. Migrated the corporate users from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000.
