I head a highly experienced strategic land team of chartered surveyors, planners and engineers dedicated to delivering excellent sites for our 23 operating businesses to turn into thriving communities.

As Strategic Land Managing Director, I am responsible for land acquisition, planning, promotion and project management of the Group's unconsented land bank.The Group has c. 20,000 plots already under contract, together with many emerging site opportunities ranging in size from 150 plots to 1,500 plots. I am involved in several of the Group's Joint Venture initiatives with housing associations and other partners

After a Group reorganisation, I transferred from Central region when it was sub-divided to the Group Land team to finalise the revised outline planning consent for the Stanton Cross development at Wellingborough.

The Central region was the largest of Bovis Homes' operating regions in 2015, building and selling 863 homes across 21 outlets. The South Midlands region is developing 3,650 homes and 110 acres of commercial land at Stanton Cross, Wellingborough.

The South Midlands Region was centred on the 700 acre Stanton Cross development at Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. I was also responsible for strategic land and major projects across the Central Division.

The South Division encompassed Southern, Thames Valley, Western and South West Regions and extends from Kent to Cornwall. It built and sold c. 1,800 units in 2014.
