Coordinating the running of the four Perth Secondary schools together in the Senior Phase and especially S6 to offer increased choice by matching two columns. This has resulted insignificantly increased options for young people. Over 200 pupils will travel between the schools and Perth College in the coming year. Each pupil will have an individual travel plan.Inaddition I coordinated the development of 10 online courses which are available to all PKC pupils. These include a number of digital courses such as App Developer and Web Designer but also Pathways to Medicine and Pathways to Law along with Modern Language courses.

A charitable trust aimed at offering 'Sport for all' through the school and associated Primaries, also spotting and developing talented athletes in any sphere. In addition we have a special emphasis in getting more girls involved in sport. The latter in partnership with the school has been highly successful with more girls than boys now participating.The Trust led on the research/needs analysis which identified the need for a high quality competition level indoor climbing wall. Through the Trust the funding was sourced from the Lottery. There is now a state of the art wall available to pupils and the community including disabled access.We are now in the early stages of planning for a dry ski slope

Raised levels of attainment and achievement significantly. Reduced exclusions from 2007 by almost 70%.Raised staff and pupils expectations gave everyone pride in the school.

A charitable trust focussed on developing a community facility which incorporated facilities for lectures and mini conferences, space for Perth College to operate from and a studio for Heartland Radio to broadcast from as an out reach satellite station.
