As Managing Director I have the overall P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility including Manufacturing, R&D, IT, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing and Finance. I have 13 direct reports and 120 indirect reports. Achievements so far:• Increased revenues organically between 2015/2016 with +15% (from 274 MSEK to 320 MSEK), while maintaining a healthy profit. • Successfully developed and launched Aritco’s largest product development project ever. A new revolutionary Home Lift. The work included everything from insight market research, product specification, concept and product development to new brand platform, packaging and development of showrooms, point of sales material, exhibition design and new sales methods. All done within a 2-year framework, much thanks to a fantastic team building. Awarded “Wallpaper Design Award”, “Red Dot Awards” and “European Design Award” amongst others. • Initiated the establishment of 7 new local marketing offices and showrooms in UK, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Dubai, covering legal structure, staff recruiting and reporting structures. • Reorganized the management team adding more competences and overall growth focus. • One of the key members selling Aritco Group to Latour Industries at a premium price (more than 10x EBITDA).
