Doing Import purchase while ensure that all necessary documents are collected and submitted each time a vetting process is required, Establish and maintain centralized records of all aspects associated with procurement and logistics, Ensure consistent communication, coordination and responsiveness with other department on the status of procurement activities, Ensures expenditures are properly coded i.e. Being originated from P2P process, Implement proper control and monitoring procedures for the procurement and contracting process, responsible for ensuring the transparency and competitiveness of bid analysis, bidding and tender processes, Provide recommendations on pricing, sourcing and specifications relating materials, goods and services in order to improve quality, Create and update a pricing list for most commonly used items, Ensure that all procurement and contracting processes are in full compliance and all activities are up to date.

Preforming both Import and local Purchasing, Provide overall supervision and coordination of staff and activities in the procurement and logistics unit work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered, evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed, Interview vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices, ensuring highly quality products at minimal cost are obtained within time limits
