John Lundberg is a Senior Vice President and Senior Business Development Officer for PNC Business Credit, which provides asset-based and leveraged cash flow loans for both direct and private equity driven M&A, rapid growth situations, recapitalizations and restructures to middle market clients, defined as companies with EBITDA between $5- $50 million. John will be focusing on developing the Mountain Central Region( CO, UT, WY, MT, SD, ND, NE, AZ) for PNC Business Credit out of Denver. PNC Business Credit is a subsidiary ( with approx. $55 billion in assets) of PNC Financial Services which is among the largest bank holding companies in the US.

Specialize in Cash Flow-Leverage lending products for sponsor (private equity-family office) backed transactions in the EBITDA range of $5-15MM with EV's $30-250MM. Typically able to build a successful structure within the parameters of 3.0x to 3.75x senior debt and 4.00x to 5.00x total debt depending on EBITDA, historical growth, current trends, stability of cash flows.
