Currently managing 3 major IT projects using a combination of PMI and Macro Scope methodologies. Managing the relocation of a 20 server hosted environment from one data center to another. Also managing the acquisition of a European organization and the subsequent conversion of their current SAP environment to a PRISM/JDE structure.I'm also responsible for managing a diverse group of IT developers who manage the day to day support of our client. I'm responsible for all status reporting, issues and risks management, project team communications, client billing, and strategic planning.
