I have worked in retail and education for most of my working life. I worked for Marks & Spencer for nearly 2 years, and have worked for Waitrose for approximately 4 years. I taught English in Thailand for 9 years, and worked as a bookseller - later in order fulfilment for whsmith.co.ukMy strengths include reliability and thorough attention to detail. I believe I can accurately be described as calm, tactful, sympathetic and diplomatic, with an unassuming manner and gentle sense of humour. All my jobs have involved providing good, friendly customer service. In my late fifties I remain active and energetic, able and willing to acquire new skills.
