As the Vice President Director of Healthcare, John is responsible for promoting our company and the extensive range of services we offer our clients. A key member of the management team, John takes the lead in identifying and developing new opportunities and markets to serve. This work includes building connections and relationships within the security industry and the industries in which our clients operate to help us deliver the highest level of expertise and service. John has contributed to some major accomplishments in recent years, including Cambridge Security becoming a nationwide leader in the healthcare industry and an established provider of security escort services for visiting nurse organizations across the country.John graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He worked for a New Jersey Police department, before entering the Security field. Developing his expertise over 30 years in the security field, John has held a variety of positions, included VP of operations, VP of marketing and sales, as well as EVP for a publicly traded company. Membership includes, ASIS, Maritime Security Council, CAI, BOMA, and NJ Hospital Engineers Association.

Plans, organizes,directs and controls the activities of the operations of the company. Responsible for the performance of all departments functions.Directing operational, logistical, and corporate administrative support to enable contract managers to fully serve their clients Directing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and practices to ensure contract compliance, client satisfaction, statutory compliance, and to meet PPS quality standards Ensuring continuous quality improvement of operations Earning and maintaining deep and trusted relationships with clients Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual profit and loss objectives Directing start-up of new accounts Plan, develop and implement sales, market strategy and goals. Ensure that sales staff make effective sales calls, build relationships with existing customers and constantly seek out new prospects. Set department and individual goals based on company objectives and communicate effectively to staff. Create objective and measurable criteria that will be used to gauge the results of individual staff’s actions.
