Reading my profile will introduce you to a committed education professional experienced in early child education, program management, and staff development, school leadership, and policy. Working in the early childhood education sector allows me to follow my passion for providing opportunities for upward socio-economic mobility for underserved children and their families. I am particularly proud of some of our innovative programming, such as the exceptional Two-Generation Head Start program which has received national recognition and bringing students back into school buildings after the pandemic to restart high-quality in-person Pre-K. No educator works in a vacuum, and I have been fortunate to work collaboratively with dedicated teams of educators and other professionals to provide an excellent educational experience. To provide this quality education I place a strong emphasis on professional development, providing formative feedback to teaching staff to encourage continuous growth. Relationships are key in any institution, and I have developed a reputation for outstanding interpersonal abilities, forming productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including families, colleagues, funding organizations, non-profits, and community partners.I look forward to continuing to work for high-quality child care access for all families to support the growth and development of our youngest learners.
