As an Instructional Developer and Project Manager, I lead project management and instructional design for 33 programs to ensure efficient and effective training and integration of new employees. I develop, review, and implement new policies and procedures as new TRADOC manuals are developed and released to streamline operations and maintain a cohesive work environment. I also earned ADDIE and TDC certification from TRADOC and Department of the Army Training.Below are a few of my contributions as an Instructional Developer and Project Manager at International Development Resources:⇨ My role allows me to partner with subject matter experts ad instructors to develop innovative curriculum in support of the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.⇨ I also serve as a Domain Administrator for management of US Army Special Operations Aviation data entry into Training Development Capability (TDC) for US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).⇨ I have been consistent in improving operational performance by developing training plans and managing professional development as the Training Manager for new employees in the TDC process.⇨ I continuously collaborate with developers, graphic artist, audio-visual artist, and 3D artist to develop projects that support Army Special Operation Aviation and Commands, ARSOAC, USAOC, and SOCOM.⇨ I streamline training programs by implementing up-to-date changes, revising Flight Training Guides, Programs of Instruction, and course wear for 3 courses.⇨ I am also responsible for facilitating academic training for Special Operations Aviation Flight Engineer Instructor Courses, Non-Rated Crew Member Courses, and MH-47G Maintainers Courses.

As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, provided direct supervision and management of 2 enlisted Soldiers, 4 Department of the Army Civilians, and a contract maintenance team of 400+ employees on 90 Special Operations Aviation Aircraft. I also served as part of the government acceptance for contract maintenance team.Below are a few of my contributions as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at the United States Army:⇨ I was responsible for maintaining quality assurance and compliance with contractual requirements related to the design, manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and modernization of global contractor and customer activities. ⇨ I led continuous process improvements by identifying, proofing, measuring, and analyzing contractor production processes and provided recommendations.⇨ I also maximized contract effectiveness by designing and implementing periodic surveys to evaluate contractor compliance with contract work statement and policies.

As a First Sergeant, I oversaw a cross-functional team of 48 personnel responsible for coordinating complex logistical and tactical support during a 12-month overseas work assignment. I controlled all aspects of employee training, administrative support and professional development to ensure seamless operations. I was also in charge of training logistics for 150+ air assignments deployed.Below are a few of my contributions as a First Sergeant with the United States Army:⇨ I enforced strict safety standards during 6,500 maintenance man-hours that resulted in zero accidents.⇨ I built a cohesive workforce by mentoring senior leadership and subordinate personnel in aircraft maintenance procedures, leading to flight 2,500+ hours and a 93% operational readiness rate, the highest rating in the force.⇨ I successfully managed the companies transition from UH-60M to UH-60L helicopters with zero assignments dropped by conceptualizing and implementing a comprehensive training program.⇨ Successfully mentored 11 Enlisted Soldiers to promotion including 2 Senior NCOs being selected for promotion to First Sergeant.

Monitored all administrative actions that concerned promotions, counseling’s, finance, and physical training. Supervised risk management at both the individual and collective level across the organization and maintained accountability for property, facilities, and equipment, valued in excess of $6 Million.

Trained and evaluated flight instructors and newly-assigned crew members on special mission tasks that included aerial refueling, fast rope, and amphibious operations.
