Ever look at something and say, “How does that work or function?” I wonder about that all the time. Of course, I then feel the need to break it and put it back together, that’s me.I’m a technologist, someone who works to understand the user and the technology team that designed and built the widget. I don’t agree with telling the user what they need, but by listening to the user and developing the technology to deliver what they want.I have spent years in Quality Management and leadership building unity between technology and its user/stakeholder. I have also been focused on increasing organizational effectiveness and leading teams to excel through vision and innovation, implementing a culture that meets objectives while contributing to the wellbeing of each stakeholder. I believe that through empathy, understanding, and drive we can build a better connection between people and technology that can lead to having a more fulfilling life.Professionally:I have focused my career on Software Quality Assurance. My roles have facilitated a strong ethics of quality and due diligence. I am a leader of Quality Management (QA, QC, quality improvement). I also work closely with the business, marketing, engineering, and IT, PMO, and professional services departments in accomplishing implementations that impact the direction and goals of the company.I believe myself to be an expert in using software development life cycle processes. My expertise within quality assurance/control in software development has allowed me the opportunity to manage projects of all sizes, undertaking major developments, and operational restructuring initiatives. Along with my bachelor’s in electronic engineering technology and my master’s in technology management, I believe I can make a difference across multiple industry segments.
