In April 2021, John and the executive team completed the sale of AmeriHome to Western Alliance Bank. John founded Adanac Advisory Group (AAG) in 2024, a boutique advisory and consulting firm to share his knowledge and industry expertise, leveraging his broad relationships across the industry to support the “optimization of leaders and businesses vision”. AAG focuses on providing concrete, tangible recommendations to improve your business.Additionally, John is Co-Founder and Chairman for Homerun, a fintech marketplace bringing agents, borrowers and sellers together in a more efficient and cost-effective automated platform.John began his career with Royal Bank of Canada, moving to the US is 2002 to become the COO of RBC Mortgage.
