• Manage end-to-end compressed air system installations within budget, scope, and timeline requirements.• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and engineers to execute project plans per design specifications and industry standards.• Oversee diverse projects across industries such as cement, lime, gypsum, truck manufacturing, railyards, and corrugated box plants with budgets from $50k to $5 million.• Maintain OSHA 10 and MSHA part 48 certifications, ensuring safety regulations and compliance throughout project lifecycles.• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and support installation teams.• Develop and maintain project documentation for stakeholder communication and decision-making.• Collaborate with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize project efficiency and minimize waste.• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing and favorable terms.• Utilize project management software and tools for progress tracking, resource allocation, and streamlined communication.• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for timely and accurate financial transactions.• Oversee cash flow management, optimizing working capital and minimizing financial risk.• Develop and maintain financial reports for management, providing actionable insights.• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures for compliance with accounting standards and regulations.• Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.• Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts, and providing explanations for deviations.• Manage relationships with customers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

• Quote incoming new business.• Track all new incoming business from the beginning process until production.• Communicate with Salesman, Production Manager's as well as Customers for product specifications and requirements.• Create a procedure to consolidate all information on projects to insure all parties involved have the correct information. • Implement and manage the company's Enterprise Resource Planning software. • Successfully manage the Fabrication Department activities to insure orders are complete and shipped on time.• Drive daily production activities with effective communication and leadership.• Create and Manage performance and efficiency reports for all production activities. • Review the outcome of performance goals with employees to set future targets.• Investigate and implement ideas for quality improvement, increased productivity and cost reduction• Manage documentation of and training on production procedures and work instructions.• Work with quality manager to achieve the proper segregation and recycling of all wash and rework.• Determine suitable crewing requirements, scheduled employees and worked with Human Resources to meet changing production schedules.

• Responsible for managing schedules of approximately 50 student employees.• Managed the activities in the Springs Student Activity Center which includes; managing the mail room for all students, managing the fitness center as well as managing the Activity Center.

• Supervised the activities of the Front End. Responsible for delivering brand position to associates and customers.• Accountable for managing employee tasks, counting tender at the end of shifts, manage lottery as well as Western Union orders.
