• Manage SPV activity, including: commercial paper issuance, FX swaps, interest rate derivatives, investment activity, settlement of interest and fees, and payment of vendor invoices. • Coordinate all fund transfers in accordance with SPV program waterfalls. • Provide support to internal accounting staff to ensure proper posting of daily general ledger transactions as well as comprehensive month end profit / loss and position roll forwards. • Monitor and verify all asset and liability positions, and reconcile positions versus supporting documents. • Develop and distribute performance and other analytical reports to our sponsors to assist in their overall management of the program. • Work with management to recommend and develop operational efficiencies and procedural enhancements. • Developed into a client relationship officer to ensure compliance with all aspects of our contractual service obligations and ensure our client is 100% satisfied with our service. • Interact with internal staff and sponsor personnel to develop and manage SPV funding strategies. • Interact with “sellers” (bank sponsors’ clients accessing the program) financing assets, such as: auto loans and leases; student loan receivables; and trade receivables.

Responsible for ensuring the daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for Mutual Funds are completed accurately and are sent to various reporting agencies on a timely basis for Gemini Fund Services, LLC ("GFS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of NorthStar Financial Services Group, LLC. This position also provides leadership, guidance, and training to the Mutual Fund Accountants.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: FUND REVIEWS • Performs monthly review procedures as directed by fund accounting Team Lead or Manager. • Performs cross-check reviews of co-worker calculations on daily NAV. FUND ACCOUNTING • Performs accounting of all transactions in order to determine daily prices and yields when necessary. • Calculates NAV for assigned complex funds on a regular basis. • Performs cross-check reviews of co-worker calculations on daily NAV on a variety of mutual funds. • Creates security master files in accounting system, includes updating interest and dividend rates, and manual prices. • Processes daily bank statements and downloads bank holdings for asset reconciliations. • Performs tasks assigned by Manager to ensure accuracy of fund records. MENTORING • Mentors co-workers through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, modeling effective practices and advising on methods used. • Trains new and existing representatives on fund accountant processes. SPECIAL PROJECTS • Performs special assignments which may include, but are not limited to auditing, fair value reporting, or disaster recovery testing. REPORTING • Ensures completeness and timeliness of reporting to clients and to NASDAQ, including creating and uploading file to NASDAQ. 5%
