Established my own web-to-print company to provide print management solution for corporations that can manage and print jobs anytime, anywhere with dynamic data content – print on demand and personalize printing.

I was reported to Chairman of Kodak GCR as the GM,, Enterprise Group, Graphic Communication Group (GCR), and Greater China Region (GCR) since March 2006 to drive document scanner and digital printing business in GCR; in 1st year for GCG, GCR integration, my great management performance has been showed on my outstanding result on the business growth. Document Imaging exceeded the annual target over 20% on top line and 31% on earning; Digital Printing business increase over 100% vs 2005.

• Based on my good performance as Country Manager for Kodak Document Imaging China and I was promoted at the beginning of 2005 to become the Regional General Manager for Kodak Document Imaging in the Greater Asia Region. I was responsible to deliver the P&L for document scanners, related software and microfilm based products. With a team of over 25 dedicated people located in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, India, Philippines, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. My strength has been built an excellent network with high level contacts of key end users in the banking and government sector and I reinforced performance based culture with distributor and reseller partners across Greater Asia Region. I am able to make necessary tough decision quickly and demonstrated strong leadership.• Achieved outstanding result by far exceed the annual target, growth overall business by 20%, all clusters achieved their targets, ranked #2 fast growing region WW, exceeded 70% market share in China, 80% share in banking sector.
