Sarens were contracted for the land transportation and installation of the Pre-Assembled Units, Pre-Assembled Racks, and associated oversize equipment required for a US$ 36.8 bn Future Growth and Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP). The Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) team were responsible for the load in, storage and eventual transportation of 431 cargos along a 72km haul road to the final project location.Hired to work within and manage Sarens CaTRo engineering team, who engineered the load in and transportation of the 431 cargos (combined weight: 288,438 tonne). This consisted of 305 RoRo operations from supply vessel to a transition pontoon/barge and finally onto the quay. The remaining 126 cargos were loaded in through lifting operations.Key responsibilities included:  Managing and developing engineering team Allocation of workload throughout engineering team Representing the company in Client meetings Scheduling/planning of plant, equipment and resources Development and use of design calculation and tracking spreadsheets Production of management progress reports and trackers  Introduction of new safety work pack for remote operatorsPrimary documents produced & reviewed included:o RoRo Ballast Calculationso Hydraulic Trailer Calculationso Seafastening Calculationso Weather assessments o Lift Plans including tandem liftso Method Statementso Risk Assessmentso CAD drawings
