Recent major projects I have Project Managed include:*Condition Surveys and reports on estates rationalization for the further and higher education sector in Noth Wales, Aberdeen and Dundee (1990 - 1993).*Esates Management of the capital works programme for the University of the Highlands and Islands based in Inverness (5 years - 1994-1999) on 13 college campuses.*Building condition surveys on property assets for Edinburgh City Council, Dundee City Council and the Highland Region (1999 - 2004).*Project Managing Water schemes for Scottish water (West side, Lewis)*Stornoway Airport - New terminal building and associated infasturcture work.*Scottish Salmon Company Factory in Marybank, Stornoway.*Harris Tweed Hebrides Textile mill in Shawbost, Isle of Lewis.*Several new build private houses in the Uists, Harris and Lewis.
