I am an electronic and process control engineer with a passion for implementing solutions to improve the efficiency and operation of the high-value manufacturing industries. For the last 20+ years this passion has taken me to customer facilities in industries as diverse as pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, paper and waste-water treatment. Whether it’s an industrial boiler or a small process in a pharmaceutical lab, the objectives are often similar; provide improved product quality and provide a more efficient process through the application of robust model-based techniques.My current role is to lead the Perceptive Engineering business unit within Applied Materials Inc.
