The production artist assists in the creation of proofs and production artwork to ensure timely and accurate artwork preparation.Work performed:1. Assists the proofing team in the creation of proofs and production artwork.2. Monitors the artwork backlog to maintain a fast turnaround.3. Responds to questions from the proofing team regarding complicated artwork tasks.4. Communicates with customers during the proofing process as necessary.5. Handles priority proofing tasks as requested by customer service.6. Manually fixes artwork when necessary.7. Addresses all artwork-related customer inquiries and complaints.8. Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve the proofing process.

Provides design expertise for the office's graphic design and marketing needs.Uses a combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign to create on-brand marketing assets from musicians' press shots, logos, blog & website headers, social media content, and other elements.

Over the course of the last few months, I have been able do work in several different areas of media production.- Designed a brand identity, logo, and package labels for a local small business- Created a motion design video loop pack for one of the biggest stage lighting companies, Martin Professional. The clips I made were present at the biggest Lighting expo in Las Vegas, LDI on Martin's Demo lighting stage- Helped produced multi-camera live streams & sound for This Song Is Sick's "The Sauce" parties with some of the worlds biggest artist in EDM- Solely produced live visuals for a handful events of ~300 people. Using my creative direction, projectors, and screens to bring the event space to life, while mixing video clips (aka VJing) clips live during the event.- Official Photographer for one of Colorados biggest camping music festivals, Sonic Bloom. Specifically, in charge of covering the Meadow Stage at the festival.- Animated artwork for social media, bringing life to still images that catch more attention on social media for live events produced by Insomniac My goal as during my time as a freelancer has been to continuously build on the assortment of media skills I gained in my time at CU Boulder, while doing work in industries that interest me.

Provided videography work and assistance on an assortment of live streams and recorded sets of world class musicians/DJ a venues in and around Colorado such as Red Rocks

My previous job was a student graphic design position in which I could only work as a student. My office decided to hire me as a temporary employee so I could continue to help with some more design projects and run the office.This has given me the opportunity to enjoy a little time off before starting a full-time position. I will be working here part-time until I find a full-time position in June/July
