Worked as Project Director on Millennium Bridge House (MBH). MBH is a complicated cut and carve project on the North side of the Thames. It involves part demolition and new construction to a 1970's office building which is constructed above Upper Thames Street. The project includes construction of additional floors, full facade replacement, new roof areas with landscaped public and private terraces, new plant infrastructure and shell and core fit out. Also worked as a Project Director on the COLPAI Project which is a mixed use site comprising of a primary school for 450 pupils handed over in 2021 and a residential building over 13 floors with 66no apartments.

Project Director for the new Crowne Plaza Hotel on the Albert Embankment. The project involved fit out of 142 guest rooms, sky lounge restaurant and bar at roof level, gymnasium, club lounge, executive meeting rooms, main bar, dinning room and reception areas
