We help teach and refine the skills of electrical troubleshooting in a safe and cost-effective way.Over a two year period I planned, architected, and managed the migration of existing windows-based training applications to a fully browser-based WebGL solution using Unity on the front-end with back-end cloud services in Microsoft Azure.  The new training system was based on standard technologies where applicable (SCORM and XAPI) and commercial solutions for Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Record Store (LRS) where practical.During this migration I implemented an Azure DevOps Scrum product development process and acted as ScrumMaster and Product Owner for multiple teams as required.  In addition to these product development roles I also was responsible at various levels for internal IT, DevOps/Cloud Operations, Security, Support, and Team Management for up to 15 employees.
