Working in eCart builds coworker and customer cooperation and communication.We shop multiple orders at a time, several in advance if we have the time between pick-ups and deliveries, pull together orders a day in advance to lighten the number of orders others will have to shop in the following morning.We communicate with customers on completing their orders if any requested items are out of stock within the store, swapping in like items to replace missing orders, and add last-minute items remembered at the last minute.If available, we are always on call to help the front end of the store and fill in as acting Front End Clerks for in-store customer assistance and front end coworker support; face shelf walls and products and restock departments if product is available; and clean and maintain a healthy and manageable workplace environment and public shopping center.

I work at the front of the store at each check stand alongside the clerks. I bag groceries for customers and on request help customers load their grocery bags in their vehicles. I move check stand to check stand where a courtesy clerk is needed to bag groceries and interact with the customers and check storage room for products not seen on the shelves when customers ask to assure good customer service. I collect shopping carts around the store and parking lot and clean out bathrooms and aisles to maintain a clean shopping center and work environment.

I worked on Sacramento State University campus during summer camps from neighboring schools and Sac State athletic coaches. Gatorade provided drinks, energy bars, energy chews, and protein drinks to sports camps and school team practices held on college campus during the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I assisted and managed product storage and distribution across campus lockers and during camps.
