Responsible for taxation globally within the Group. Managing the set up of new entities worldwide, engaging with legal advisers, accountants, visa companies internationally in order to ensure compliance and tax efficiency within the country we are setting up in. Dealing directly with clients, prospective and current with regard to operational structures, legal implications, taxation implications, foreign exchange issues and practical implications of the supply of services to them.
