Having been Director of my own company; Roseville Group, for over 20 years I have plenty of experience working in a multi disciplinary environment, and pride myself with the ability to recognise commercial opportunities and contract deviation. I began my career as a Trainee Surveyor progressing to Senior Surveyor. I worked alongside the Managing Director working to tight deadlines delivering high quality estimating function, preparation and presentation of quotes for all projects.At Roseville my main roles included surveying and dealing with financial matters on contracts. My role often overlapped into sales, estimating and management of contracts.Having worked my way up in the construction industry for the last 35 years I have seen the benefits of sustainable construction. Having already expanded a painting and decorating company to an all in house specialist contracting and sub contracting company. Our last investment was a division dedicated to Energy Monitoring, Management and Awareness.
