I have 15+ years experience providing testing expertise for the delivery of a broad range of technical solutions to global financial institutions.I have proven experience in defining and delivering test strategies for complex front-to-back global test programmes involving the management of distributed teams, internal IT/Business stakeholders as well as external vendors through all phases of testing. I am hands-on and equally enjoy working with teams to enhance existing test frameworks, implementing the required structure and governance to ensure testing goals are met now and in future to the benefit of the programme and client.Most recently I have been involved defining and delivering all testing related services in support of SMBCs Human Resource Service Transformation Programme, whereby many SAP Success Factors and Service Now modules are being delivered to 16 of SMBC's Europe based offices, providing a significant improvement in SMBC's ability to manage it's people.
