• In this role I represented Treasury Change in all things testing:
• Led Treasury Change in the transition to DevOps model
• Recruited and trained offshore test team (India)
• Assessed & Optimized all phases of testing to support roll out of strategic liquidity reporting infrastructure
• Standardised test processes wrt: test scoping/design, planning, reporting, quality gates, closure, audit & compliance

• This role required the review and enhancement of an existing test practice. The goal was to introduce best practice, standardise the key test processes and tools to bring efficiencies throughout design to closure. This.
• Defining and implementing the testing framework for all core liquidity platforms
• Building & Training the test team to support Global Treasury UAT x Metric/Product
• Ensuring test objectives were met to support phase transition and release milestones

• The StRIDe programme was one of Deutsche Bank's most important startegic initiatives impacting all offices gloablly. The programme was large in scale; involving multiple external technology partners, impacting hundreds.
• Define and implement test strategy to provide test services for all financial and risk reporting platforms to support quarterly StRIDe Programme delivery objectives
• Building of test team to support the strategy (UAT / Regression / Automation)
• Global UAT and Regression – planning through to sign-off
• Stakeholder management (60+ countries spanning Asia, Europe, US)
