We provide our clients with airport specific baggage system analyses, baggage system sustainability, inbound/outbound baggage system design and site specific baggage handling system contract specifications. Construction Management:From conceptual, schematic to detail design and construction documents, our staff also has experience with mechanical, electrical, controls installations, Pre-ISAT, TRR and full commissioning of complex Check Baggage Inspection Systems (CBIS). JSM's staff has successfully installed over a half a billion dollars in BHS/CBIS in the US and around the World. JSM also operates and maintains Check Baggage Inspection Systems.BHS, PBB and PCA Maintenance:JSM & Associates currently maintains multiple airport Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) and Pre-Conditioned Air (PCA) assets. These airports range from the busiest in the country to regional airports. All these airports have site specific asset management systems that support the airport’s capital programs and provide our clients with the comfort that their assets are being managed/maintained to sustain the life cycle that is expected.
