I oversee all REDCOM work in the 5 Boroughs, Long Island, East of the Hudson River North of the Bronx.

Oversight responsibilities of all construction operations from estimate to final sign off including scope documents, purchasing, award, scheduling, project management and invoicing from subcontractors and to owners.

995 Fifth Avenue

I was responsible for all tenant up-fit work in 26 super high end residential condops at 995 Fifth Avenue , formerly the Stanhope Hotel. Direct responsibilities included hiring of subcontractors and oversight on a daily basis of all work ongoing in the building. Responsibilities also included procurement of all necessary materials and coordination with purchasers architect and designers. Concurrently worked on 11 residences with sales values in excess of $8MM each. Obtained, reviewed, and approved shop drawings for all owner custom millwork and modifications from base plans.

Quogue, Ny

Constructed residential additions and ground up houses ranging from minor renovations to the construction of a 16,000 SF home in Watermill NY. Numerous historically sensitive restoration projects, most of which were performed directly for the homeowners without the involvement of an architect or designer.

Greater New York City Area

Oculus was a design build firm and I was responsible for all aspects of the business other than the architectural design. We produced estimates, proposals and contracts to owners, then performed construction management services and hired subcontractors and procured all necessary materials to complete the work. The majority of the portfolio was residential work, however there were several commercial projects consisting of office space and retail store build outs. Our work was completed from Tuxedo Park to Philadelphia and thruought the five boroughs. Our projects were published in several periodicals including Elle Decor, Photo District News and The New York Times.

Greater New York City Area

I was a field Superintendent on projects such as EF Hutton, The Lipstick Building, and the Citicorp at Court Square project with oversight of numerous building trades. I also assisted in preconstruction services on The Museum of Broadcasting and 450 lexington Avenue.
