While at MCG, John initiated and managed complex enterprise projects supporting government, provider agency staff and constituents for the States of Florida, Ohio, Tennessee and New York supporting 2,000 to 30,000 users.John has led the design of numerous enterprise solutions for the health and human service sector including program eligibility (Medicaid, Child Care, SNAP, Senior and Adult, Emergency Services), case management and tracking systems. As Vice President at Mid-America, John implemented multiple web-based data tracking and monitoring systems used to refer, track, case manage and evaluate services for recipients who were provided services through a network of over eighty training, job placement, counseling and skills enhancement service providers. For this project, his tasks included developing the business and process flow requirements to manage contracts and dollars in the case management and client tracking process. He developed and implemented the interfaces with the legacy systems and the new web-based applications. In addition, he led the development of the reporting systems and business analytics solutions.
