• The primary role of the Trade Error Analyst is to manage and analyze trading activity and recommend necessary action to make client account’s whole.• Review account trade activity per portfolio models to identify incorrect or missing transactions due to the root cause of a Trade Error.• Perform price comparison trade analysis.• Submit corrective action to various custodians and perform follow-up.• Problem solve using standard procedures and precedents.• Deliver quality service and problem solving skills to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients including key contacts in the financial industry
