CurrentResponsible for all aspects of the strategic and operational leadership across SBM's 140+ sites for our Technology Vertical clients. Focuses on site optimization to meet business goals, drive efficiencies through innovation, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Utilizes and partners with SBM’s preferred software solution to ensure consistent execution of operational processes and initiatives to support and lead the evolution of the dynamic facilities service industry. Directly manages and drives the Innovation Team to develop creative solutions for increased efficiencies and leverage analytics for data-driven decisions. Mentors the professional development of SBM’s Technology Vertical’s account leadership team to ensure internal growth opportunities and help SBM achieve its growth goals through strong, experienced, and proven leaders. Co-develops the annual strategic plan with key account leaders to improve services, maintain client expectations, and contract retention and growth. Serves as the critical strategy planning link between SBM’s Corporate Support Center (CSC) and the field sites on all operational issues for the vertical.Manages large-scale projects through standard project management processes and tools for consistent tracking and reporting. Collaborates at all levels of the organization with both internals and externals for budgets and forecasting, negotiations and contract management, business development, and account growth.Responsible for, in partnership with our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) partners, ensuring all risk management and safety procedures are in place and continued implementation of ongoing safety improvement is maintained throughout the vertical.
