This included a $2M maintenance budget, 20 full time staff, and around 80 seasonal student workers.Managed a total of 1.2 million square feet over 90 structures, on 40 acres. This covered the campus housing, food service and office/classroom facilities.Coordinated and implemented 20 individual contracted services for the campus including RFP process, selection of contractor, contract negotiations, and all paperwork associated with yearly contracts.Oversaw the campus central stores and receiving. Providing guidance to a warehouse of approximately $350,000 in inventory.Worked with the AVPFM and other facility managers to construct and keep up to date the campus Capital Renewal and Deferred Maintenance plan. The current plan was approximately $60 million. For the facility department, oversaw the Emergency Response Plans in relation to the campus. This included coordinating plan development, training of staff, developing scenarios to train on, and making sure we were prepared for various emergencies. In 2015 I oversaw the upgrade of the CMMS work order system to a WEB based system for all work orders. This included migrating the paper system being used by the students in campus housing to an online submission and communication process. This also included moving the skilled trades staff from the Palm devices they had been using since 2002 to a iPad to capture time and materials, work notes and pictures.
