Extensive experience assisting the complete management of a large business clientele including establishment of corporations, limited partnerships and LLCs in Texas and Delaware, filing of annual corporate returns, obtaining SSNs, establishing bank accounts and preparation of annual shareholder and directors minutes; establishment of offshore corporations and the handling of real estate investments; litigation support and maintaining a large ad valorem tax case docket; preparation of pleadings, discovery and trial documents; assisting in banking litigation, collections work and real estate transactions, including preparation of loan documents; supervision of monthly billing.
