John is Co-Founder and COO of IndiCue - the Connected TV (CTV) monetization platform. Previously, he served in senior executive roles at Paramount Global and FOX, including the digital streaming product and distribution divisions. He has provided transformational leadership and served on the launch teams for FOX Television's ad-supported streaming (FAST) channels, including 24/7 news channel (LiveNOW from FOX), FOX SOUL, and 17 locally produced news channels. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, Mr. Marchesini significantly expanded FOX's digital audience and monetization across multiple platforms, including Connected TV (CTV), mobile apps, and web. As Vice President of Product at CBS Media Ventures, John led the ideation, creation, and implementation of multi-platform digital strategies for a portfolio of entertainment and media brands. This included redefining the ad-supported streaming business for syndicated properties, including "Inside Edition," and “Entertainment Tonight.” Under his leadership, "Entertainment Tonight" eclipsed all other entertainment news brands in total monthly video streams. Prior, Mr. Marchesini spent 5 years with "The Hollywood Reporter," culminating as Director of Digital Products leading a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, he was instrumental in the publication's digital relaunch, including the implementation of new content management platforms, mobile apps, and video products.As an independent advisor, John was on the founding team of DeFiance Media where he launched DeFiance TV as the first 24 Hour global AI-powered streaming network dedicated to news and entertainment for the new economy. He also served in executive leadership roles at early stage emerging technology start-ups, including The ARIA Network and Aventus.
