Project Manager for the implementation of FERC Order 676J – Managed Encumbrance (ME): • I gathered all new requirements via a Compare File, which highlighted the requirements in 676J that were to be implemented into NAESB WEQ Books.• I tested the requirements in WebTrans DEV and STG environments and delegated testing segments to my department.• I set date for the WebTrans Service Pack Upgrade and shared the update with the RT G&I Operator via notification.• I crafted the new BPM ME language and submitted for peer review.• I hosted customer training forums in February of 2023.• I delegated the creation 676J Managed Encumbrance customer training and I posted the training on the public website.• I reviewed the new requirements with MISO Legal regarding GFA implementation.• I submitted all MEs on behalf of customer, as a good steward to our MPs.• I provide additional AD-HOC training sessions with MPs to provide support for their ME questions and worked with Client Relations to organize the MP outreach.• The project was delivered to PROD prior to the FERC Compliance date of 1/27/23.• The final testing results were delivered to S&A, for future audits and testing evidence.Project Manager for Transmission requirements review from FERC Order 841:• Upon receiving MP feedback, I created a ESR & Hybrid Transmission Requirements meeting series, which entailed presenting and collaborating with MISO Leadership.• I conducted reoccurring meetings with MISO MPs to discuss current and potential transmission requirements with external stakeholders.• I created internal process for a PTP TSR that was studied by Resource Utilization to avoid a duplicate study cost of $20k with a potential conversion to NITS, once a final decision on ESR transmission requirements had occurred.Provide comprehensive MP support for the annual Planning Resource Auction (PRA), including submiting approx. 200 NITS requests to help the MP fulfill their MISO Resource Adequacy requirements.
