I was responsible for ensuring that the Bank operated in a safe and sound manner with strong risk management practices for Capital, Asset Quality, Earnings, Liquidity, Operational and Market Risk, and was compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. I was also responsible for engagement with our bank regulators.
