• Liase with contractor to plan, manage, and supervise the construction projects.• Overseeing and monitoring the work of Contractor throughout the entire project completion.• Reviewing, checking of project drawings and materials for accuracy and completeness prior to be used at sites.• Ensuring that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by all for construction.• Monitoring Construction Progress.• Visit construction sites to ensure the works meets construction standards.• Liase with contractor to provide necessary test and testr result for every material used on sites prior to execution such as rebar, concrete, and soil to be used for filling and backfill. • Surveying the soil of the construction sites to determine the type of soil if meet as per specification. • Provide estimate and checking the billing of the contractor.• Conducting site inspections and checking on work quality and program.• Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality, and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.• Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget.• Attending public meetings to discuss project issues.• Compiling, checking and approving reports.• Managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, and co-workers.

• Prepare daily reports on manpower Utilization.• Site Supervision of all civil/building/piping works such as excavation concreting, rebar installation, formworks installation and applying the Company standard methods of construction and in line with the Plans & Drawings Specification (OSBL & ISBL)• Review and provide daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to manager/clients. • Monitor each stage of construction to make sure that projects are in line with forecasts • Check and Monitor Sub-Contractors’ workable area.• Interpret Contractor vs SubContractor provisions and scope of works from the Contract document• Clarification and checking of IFC and shop drawings.• Prepare Test Package to be used for hydrotesting. • Prepare Daily/Weekly reports of the total excavation, concreting, rebars, formworks, spool erected, isometric weight installed welded dia-inch of supports and joints and the remaining work front with the material available.• Coordinate with the SubContractors to achieve the schedule set by the planning.• Inspection after the work is done make sure that the work is properly installed as per drawing. and issue request for inspection.

• Site Supervision of all civil/building works such as excavation concreting, rebar installation, formworks installation including and applying the Company standard methods of construction and in line with the Plans & Drawings Specification Coordination and checking of Site deliverables accomplishment. • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. • Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving engineering and management project issues.
