Unstaffed platform for separation, gas dehydration, power generation, control and safety systems, chemical treating; and electrical. Prepared execution plans and requests for EPC tender. Prepared Immediate Works Package for early start in field…month 3 after EPC award. Reviewed documents for request EPC technical and commercial proposals. Promoted Advance Work Packaging. Logistics, ports, roads, bridges, traffic, local infrastructure studies, quarries, batch plants, precast piling plants, and fabrication yard visits conducted during several field site visits in Vietnam.In 2020, delivery of the project was paced pending resolution of conditions needed to support the final investment decision, compounded by COVID issues early in 2020 in Italy. (Jan. 2018 – Mar. 2019) as Construction / Fabrication Site Manager for the IPR / Pre Gate 3 / Gate 3 EMCAPS deliverables / execution (build and install) plans for the development of the natural gas Neptun Deep Block located in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea. Water depth varies from 125 meters to 1,000 meters. Project consists of: subsea wells – Domino / Pelican South; Shallow Water Platform (SWP) consisting of 6,000 ton jacket and 5,000 ton Topside. Unstaffed SWP for separation, gas dehydration, power generation, control and safety systems, chemical treating; and electrical and hydraulic control umbilical’s; 160-km 30-inch gas production pipeline from the SWP to onshore facility. Prepared execution plans and requests for tender. Reviewed and evaluated five (5) prequalified EPC contractors’ technical proposals, and provided input into the selection of the best three (3) out of five (5) EPC bidders. Prepared field staffing plans, and identified candidates. Reviewed documents for request for best and final EPC technical and commercial proposals. Promotes Advance Work Packaging.During assignment, was requested by name to evaluate the TransGaz 3 Compressor Stations at Jupa; Podisor; and Bebesti; and 32 inch 479-km pipeline works in Romania. Built the largest Airfield in PNG; to land the world’s second largest cargo plane – the Russian ANTONOV 124; in the world’s 3rd largest rainforest.• The amount of earth moved (approximately 9,000,000 m3 or 14,400,000 tons) is the equivalent mass of 39 Empire State Buildings or 2 Great Pyramids of Giza• The amount of Rock placed (approximately 400k m3 or 600k tons) is the equivalent mass of 60 Eiffel Towers• Since May 2012, 90,000 trips (63,000 trips from TB1 Quarry and 27,000 trips from C&H Quarry) were made hauling aggregate, which is the equivalent of traveling 65 trips around the earth or 3 round trips to the moon.
