As Director of Product Management for International Services, my broad responsibilities include overall service fulfillment, pricing, inventory management and general life cycle management for both bandwidth and teleport services. A vital part of this role is the ownership of business operations processes to ensure a smooth and efficient customer life cycle. I continuously review these processes to ensure proper alignment with contributing teams and implement improvements when possible.The capacity management function is also critical to the on-going success of the International Services product line, and my team is responsible for optimizing the use of bandwidth and teleport resources. Through consistent and positive interaction with the sales, engineering & operations organizations, I am able to direct daily capacity planning as well as larger scale service migrations, including new satellite programs.From my experience with customer life cycle and capacity management, I have gained an understanding of the market and support Telesat in assessing both near term and long term market needs, as the industry prepares for the future.

After working as a Business Case Analyst for AT&T Business Markets, I joined Loral Skynet shortly after the sale of the satellite business from AT&T was completed. I began as a Product Manager focused on developing a service model for delivering Partial Transponder services. Over my tenure, I also worked as a Senior Product Manager supporting Professional Services, which leveraged in-house expertise for consulting opportunities. After being asked to once again focus on bandwidth services, I led a project team to review and redefine business operations procedures for the bandwidth and teleport service products, ultimately as Director of Product Management and owner of the service fulfillment and life cycle management processes. This role also incorporated the responsibility for overall fleet capacity management, including daily traffic planning as well as satellite payload configuration.
