Developed Colonial Downs Group from start-up catapulting the re-birth of Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E). Assembled and led the team to refine the Virginia business into a substantial part of a $2.7B transaction to Churchill Downs in less than 5 years.Opened and operated six ROSIE’S locations including Richmond, Hampton, Vinton, Dumfries, New Kent, Collinsville and led Colonial Downs Racetrack to its prime as the mid-Atlantic’s premier boutique race meet. Authored and led with a unique #AddLife culture while integrating an inspired regional shared services team.

Served clients in commercial and native gaming as well as the horse racing industry onsite & online. Focused on merger|acquisition research and new market analysis.

Focused on opening, post-opening and marketing optimization of gaming, racing and hospitality. Worked with the team to move the property from the #3 marketshare position to #1 in 6 months. Instilled an analytical and assertive marketing culture resulting in immediate returns for Churchill Downs and Delaware North.

Led the team through casino design, construction and opening assuring uninterrupted thoroughbred racing operations. Oversaw day-to-day gaming and racing operations while resolving a complex competitor impasse with the Stronach Group resulting in favorable gains with instant relief for Churchill Downs.

Participated in the break through of PA gaming expansion while guiding day-to-day racing operations and influenced legislative process. Engaged in master planning, design & construction as well as opening the temporary casino positioning Cannery Casino and Stronach Group for acquisition.

Managed all aspects of the business including live racing, OTB, simulcasting, wagering, special events, regulatory and the legislative pursuit of the expansion of gaming in PA.

Oversaw operations of five locations featuring simulcast wagering and full service food & beverage amenities in an upscale sports bar environment.
