I am a personable, teamwork oriented, and technical problem solver with experience in on-site and project management. I excel when collaborating with multiple teams ad facets in a project where I use my management and versatility to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner for clients.BACKGROUND:I graduated from University of Dayton in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my five years, I worked as a co-op for both Emerson Client Technologies and Barry-Wehmiller Design Group while playing Division II Club Lacrosse and serving as a logistics officer and then as President of the club. I learned management of financials, different personalities, and scheduling as I was in these positions.After graduation, I started full-time with Barry-Wehmiller Design Group as a Project Engineer and immediately worked on major projects for large beverage manufacturers. I worked on several projects that allowed me to work closely with mechanical, electrical, and piping contractors as well as many different OEM’s that were often on the same project at the same time. I was involved in the engineering design, the bidding process, schedule development, installation management, startup/commissioning, and closeout. These projects involved on-site management of contractors and OEM’s while installing new and relocated OEM equipment within packaging and processing systems and working closely with client personnel from both production and engineering. In addition to managing on-site projects, I have implemented multiple Excel spreadsheets that have helped the ease of financial budgeting, storage spacing, and quality tracking with the use of VBA. For example, I created a financial tracking spreadsheet that allowed our team to track budget, purchase orders (approved and forecasted), as well as invoicing.Most recently, I lead the on-site management of a $5MM capital project for a major beverage manufacturer to install a fully integrated robotic packaging line as well as managed startup and commissioning of each equipment center. Our team managed all contractors, scheduling, and client punchlist. I also assisted in the design phase of a new greenfield plant and packaging lines within the facility and designed and managed $100M of coding equipment.I enjoy working closely with clients and on-site personnel to achieve a fully integrated system from the initiation and design phase to the execution and closeout phases.
