Implemented and configured Atlassian Jira to track application and infrastructure issues. Administered Atlassian Jira, Bamboo, and Confluence including integrations and custom plugin work. Created the Change Advisory Board (CAB), the weekly meeting to review Requests For Change(RFC), determine the potential impacts, and schedule the implementations.Created and rolled out a calendar for production outages, to reduce impact to website users and internal customers. Planned technology implementations including some system-wide outages involving many teams from technology and our business users. Implemented build automation and deployment automation using Bamboo and Ant, triggered by developers changes. Took the initiative to design and procure testing environments to support more technology projects. Utilized Unix, Apache, Tomcat, Perl, Java, scripting, and administration skills to support many technology projects.

Performed IT Change Management duties on batch processes primarily for mortgage amortization processes. Initially directly involved in the amortization batch file management, later managed a team spanning multiple regions. Learned much about implementing testing and CM processes on Unix systems. Used Rational and IBM tools manage IT changes.
