Thirty-four (34) years of relevant PMC & EPCC experience on large scale oil & gas and petrochemical capital projects, privileged to work at big industrial Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Companies like Petronas, Shell Petroleum Corporation, Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), Saudi Aramco, Union Carbide/PIC, Chevron, Ras GAS, Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum, and hosts of others. Of these 34 years, twenty-six (26) years of MENA, Saudi, Kuwait, and Southeast Asia PMC/EPCM Overseas experience are directly related to Project Controls &Management. Twenty-Three (23) were spent in Fluor PMC/EPCM projects, and Three (3) with Mohammad Al-Mojil Group’s Project Controls of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, and Mining Industries. Four (4) years at Philippine Petroleum Corporation, Pilipinas Shell Pililla Rizal Refinery in various accounting activities and related fields such as financial accounting, bookkeeping, cost accounting, managerial accounting, payroll accounting, and auditing. Four (4) years in the Philippine Government and Private Companies infrastructure projects as Project Management representative and Project Controls Advisor.Primary responsibilities include Planning, Cost Engineering & Scheduling. Resource, planning, monitoring compliance with scope and reporting on changes, monitoring costs on direct & indirect, subcontracts, staff planning and tracking, cash flow projections, forecasting, and actual cost commitment. Four (4) years in various accounting activities and related fields such as financial accounting, bookkeeping, cost accounting, managerial accounting, payroll accounting, and auditing.  Working in a senior and leadership role within the project controls team.  Practical knowledge of Project Controls software applications using industry-specific Primavera P6/P3, Microsoft Project Planner, and Microsoft Office Applications. Updating cost using Timberline and Fluor Daniel (FD) Cost System, COBRA,Updating progress and reporting using The Tracker, EZ TRAC and Mile Marker.  Proficiency in the SAP work environment. Strong written communication skills including proven ability to create procedures and presentations as well as routine interactions with the Client, Project Management Team, and other disciplines. 26 years of MENA, KSA/Kuwait/Qatar, and 8 years in Asia PMC/EPCM experiences.
