Over the past year, I have driven multiple key initiatives for Buckzy in Business Development, HR Management, Operations, and Compliance.On the Business Development front, I navigated the approval process with RBI Mumbai for Buckzy, held discussions with Federal Bank, Karnataka Bank, and Mumbai Treasury, ultimately securing a significant deal with SIB. I obtained approval for SIB and actively coordinated the end-to-end implementation of Buckzy’s first remittance deal. I also opened a Vostro account with SIB's commercial team and facilitated the project's progress, visiting SIB offices over 30 times to ensure timely responses and project alignment.In HR Management, I handled the complete recruitment lifecycle, including marketing job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. Additionally, I managed payroll processing and TDS filing in the absence of an accounting team.Operationally, I sourced and negotiated office spaces, adapting to changes in decisions and schedules. I established Buckzy Payments Pvt Ltd India from the ground up, navigating complex GST filings and other Indian governmental procedures. Furthermore, I registered Buckzy with Startup India and the Government of Kerala, securing tax benefits.In the Compliance domain, I collaborated with external CPA and company secretary to ensure all documentation and company compliance were in order, compensating for the lack of a CFO.
