CurrentWorked with Sr. Leadership at Huntsman Corporation to impact their presentations to CEO prior to the Board of Directors meeting. Delivering (ongoing) a customized 2 year Leadership Training program with Cherry Companies. We are developing the future leaders for their next 20 years. This two year program is designed to improved the culture, accountability, morale and fostered a team environment. Our participants have developed confidence to make better decisions and improve processes. This has lead to better employee retention, improved morale and reduced costs as processes have analyzed and altered by those who use them. A workflow change resulted in an 8% reduction in labor expense. Our third class of 20 participants will start in 2020. Programs 1 and 2 are ongoing. Worked with the LyondellBasell L&D managers to implement High Impact Presentations to Engineering team. This improved presentation skills grew the confidence as the team as presenters, increased their ability to create a systemized structure and dramatically improved the delivery. Specially the ability to handle difficult questions at the end of presentations. Worked with Stoller USA global team in implementing presentation and leadership training. This training has improved global communications with their clients as well as their ability to train their direct reports. We had participants from Australia, Canada, Turkey, U.S.A., Philippines, Europe & Argentina.Worked with University of Houston - Facilities, Planning & Construction leadership. We delivered a 8 week Dale Carnegie Skills for Success program. Improved the Self-Confidence, People Skills, Communication Skills, Leadership and Attitude. The teams had competing metrics. They had silos. We removed the barriers to communication and provided tools to work as a team.
