Serve as the Product Expert for all Endress + Hauser (former Kaiser) process Raman spectroscopy sales opportunities. Responsible for sales, marketing, application support and service of products throughout Eastern Controls territory (PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD and VA). Effectively coordinate with multiple departments at the factory to enhance short term sales through scheduling and conducting demonstrations at customer sites and writing feasibility reports. Work with customers to provide solutions to analytical problems and assist in developing chemometric models and implementing them in feedback control.
