Lead eight to ten staff members supporting PEO Ground Combat Systems, PM Main Battle Tanks Systems, PM Armored Fighting Vehicles, PM Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle, TRADOC Capability Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), and MCoE, CDID, Mounted Requirements Division in requirements definition, development of acquisition lifecycle milestone documentation and quality process improvement. Developed executive level information and decision briefings to support PM and business development activities. Responsible for identifying, developing, capturing, and managing task orders providing services in support of US Army TACOM PEO CS&CSS, US Army AMCOM, US Army SMDC, Air force Test Command, and Air Force Operational T&E Center. Developed and maintained effective relationships with PEO GCS, PEO CS&CSS, PEO M&S, TARDEC, and Air Force SPOs supporting weapons and T&E efforts. Developed and managed task orders on contract with Project and Product Managers. Support areas included development of SMDC proposals, Cybersecurity Assessment Program/Information Assurance/Interoperability, Mission Assurance, and Vulnerability Assessments and C4ISR for the US Air Force and USAF Operational Test and Evaluation Center in San Antonio, TX; Robotics Systems Project Office; Abrams Tank Production at Joint Systems Manufacturing Center; and Requirements Development for the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Fort Benning, GA. I led capture and proposal development of $26.2 million in new work orders and sustaining work orders for Qualis in the TACOM LCMC and Air Force LCMC markets focused on Cybersecurity Assessment Program and C4ISR for the USAF Operational T&E Center; Robotics Systems Joint Project SETA support; Abrams Tank Production; and Requirements Development for US Army MRD for the MCoE. I led capture for one prime and six subcontracting opportunities on TACOM Strategic Service Solutions leading to a prime contract win resulting in an opportunity to pursue $1.1B support efforts.
