Working business development capture strategy, planning and execution for opportunities within the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Program Executive Office Missiles and Space, and Army Futures Command associated CFT for SAIC's Army Business Unit.

Business Development lead for Integrated Air and Missile Defense and Missile (IAMD) and Army Directed Energy and SM&DS Global Sales and Marketing. Focused on domestic and international customer engagements as well as helping to develop market initiatives for Boeing IAMD Missile Defense programs. I drive and develop a deep understanding of emerging customer requirements, as well as support perpetuation and expansion of existing Boeing franchise products, programs, and services.

Lead eight to ten staff members supporting PEO Ground Combat Systems, PM Main Battle Tanks Systems, PM Armored Fighting Vehicles, PM Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle, TRADOC Capability Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), and MCoE, CDID, Mounted Requirements Division in requirements definition, development of acquisition lifecycle milestone documentation and quality process improvement. Developed executive level information and decision briefings to support PM and business development activities. Responsible for identifying, developing, capturing, and managing task orders providing services in support of US Army TACOM PEO CS&CSS, US Army AMCOM, US Army SMDC, Air force Test Command, and Air Force Operational T&E Center. Developed and maintained effective relationships with PEO GCS, PEO CS&CSS, PEO M&S, TARDEC, and Air Force SPOs supporting weapons and T&E efforts. Developed and managed task orders on contract with Project and Product Managers. Support areas included development of SMDC proposals, Cybersecurity Assessment Program/Information Assurance/Interoperability, Mission Assurance, and Vulnerability Assessments and C4ISR for the US Air Force and USAF Operational Test and Evaluation Center in San Antonio, TX; Robotics Systems Project Office; Abrams Tank Production at Joint Systems Manufacturing Center; and Requirements Development for the Maneuver Center of Excellence at Fort Benning, GA. I led capture and proposal development of $26.2 million in new work orders and sustaining work orders for Qualis in the TACOM LCMC and Air Force LCMC markets focused on Cybersecurity Assessment Program and C4ISR for the USAF Operational T&E Center; Robotics Systems Joint Project SETA support; Abrams Tank Production; and Requirements Development for US Army MRD for the MCoE. I led capture for one prime and six subcontracting opportunities on TACOM Strategic Service Solutions leading to a prime contract win resulting in an opportunity to pursue $1.1B support efforts.

Responsible for facilitating a virtual blended management classroom exploring the basic understandings and skills necessary for leading and managing organizations by building capacities for organizational learning and continuous improvement. I help the students learn how to develop a "learning organization" approach that facilitates ongoing strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation, change management, and continuous improvement efforts within local and global organizations. The focus throughout the course is on application, action, and achieving effective execution. Students begin to acquire skills for leading and managing change, including organizational culture changes, through collective learning activities and by applying the course studies to their personal and professional situations. The course also covers many of the basic functions, roles, methodologies, and skills involved in leading and managing organizations.

Led six staff members supporting Product Manager Abrams and Assistant Product Manager Abrams Modernization in development and staffing of acquisition life-cycle milestone documentation and establishment and management of Integrated Process Teams related to the Abrams M1E3 (AED) Modernization program. Also responsible for six staff members supporting PM Abrams and APM Abrams Government Furnished Material (GFM) to develop and sustain tailored supply chain processes and metrics to assure on-time delivery of GFM, meeting customer requirements in support of Abrams production, testing, and fielding. Provided integrated management, support, and functional area leadership for all material in the Abrams GFM program.
